Julien and Jennifer Taboury have invited us to explore their chocolate and confectionery shop in Bourg-Argental. In this creative space, hard candies, lollipops, chocolates, marshmallows and caramels delight customers’ taste buds. They reveal an extraordinary piece for the Cercle V Challenge, designed and created with the Edouard Chapellon workshop.

Having emerged out of a back-and-forth of ideas within a team, this dessert is an intermingling of colors and textures. It strikes the perfect balance between a cake and a chocolate bonbon.
Valrhona became a part of Julien’s world very early on. After starting out there as a stagiaire, he held various positions from quality to production before embarking on his own plans. He knows the level of quality and requirements of the brand, so it was only natural that he decided to use this chocolate in his creations.
