2 Speculaas Biscuits
10 cl CELAYA
8 cl Cold Milk
3 cl Cold espresso optional
SQ Ice cubes
Break the 2 Speculaas biscuits and the amaretti into pieces. Place the pieces in a blender. Pour in the Celaya, cold milk and cold espresso (if required). Add in a few ice cubes. Blend for 10 to 15 seconds, then serve in a glass.
Assembly and finishing
Tips : you can use 1 Amaretti biscuit (approx. 20-25g) instead Specullas biscuits.
