Method To Make 1 Liter

1000g CELAYA
150g PRALINE A/N 50% FRUITE CRAQUANT
200g Water
SQ Ice cubes

Warm up the Celaya. Use a piping bag with a nozzle or a spoon to drop the praliné into the base of each glass. Dilute the Celaya in water and pour it on top. Add in the ice cubes.

20cl CELAYA
30g PRALINE A/N 50% FRUITE CRAQUANT
4cl Water
SQ Ice cubes
